Dr. Cheryl Ingram, aka Dr. CI is the majority owner and Principal of CourageUS Productions, the CEO of Inclusology, and President of DAIPE Inc. She is an expert in the area of  diversity, equity, and inclusion and has spent 22 years working in the field. She is also an award winning executive producer and director. She is also a DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) advisor for multiple award winning production companies. Her film "You're Smarter Than You Look" has won numerous awards in the Indie Film Circuit. She is a recording artist, content writer, photographer, actress, producer, and director.  Cheryl is a native of Omaha, NE and is dedicated to supporting underestimated, underrepresented,  and marginalized populations thrive doing the work that they love.
